The Goal...
Is to create a gallery of head shots that tell the world who you are as both an artist and as a person.

To bring an artistic perspective to your shoot. A seasoned acting coach for the past 15 years, William is a unique blend of photographer and coach.

William will help you to empower and activate your internal life in many distinct ways.

“The mission on any shoot is to activate the artist’s thinking and then capture those thoughts, ideas, images and feelings that effortlessly transmit themselves to the viewer. The result is an artistic depth that allows the audience to “know” the artist through the headshot.”      ~William James

The Shoot...
Will take place in a fun and dynamic shooting environment incorporating multiple on-site loca-tions and lighting setups.

William is not a fan of cookie-cutter backdrops or lighting. Your shoot will be entirely unique to you and your art.

It is William’s opinion that what best represents a successful shoot is when your final headshot choices look as if you shot with multiple photographers. The brand we are striving to create... is you!

“It is the internal life, and how it unveils itself, that makes a photo compelling.”     ~William James

The Result...
Is to create a unique blend of technology and artistry - when agents, producers and casting directors see your headshot, they have a crystal clear image of how you may be cast.

By consulting with you pre-shoot, William will formulate a game plan that will take into consideration the following: the roles you will play, wardrobe, background and shoot settings, lighting, specific requests from your representation, etc.

We will begin your shoot with a clear idea of exactly what you and your reps want and need... and then we will let the art happen.

Headshots need to be crystal clear and specific. It is critical that, at a glance, casting directors and industry professionals see exactly who you are and how you should be cast.

“The work is in repeatedly rediscovering the elusive space that resides between active and relaxed; out of that small gap evolves a compelling human equilibrium that we all identify with on some level.”     ~William James
